01. Issue Schedule

The journal issues one numbered publication each month, from January through December. Each calendar year is organized as a single volume with twelve consecutively numbered issues (No. 1 through No. 12). The issue number corresponds to its respective month.

Articles are assigned to an issue only when the editorial, peer review, ethical, and production requirements have been completed. The journal does not guarantee that a submission will appear in a particular month.

Quarter Issue schedule
January–March No. 1 (January), No. 2 (February), No. 3 (March)
April–June No. 4 (April), No. 5 (May), No. 6 (June)
July–September No. 7 (July), No. 8 (August), No. 9 (September)
October–December No. 10 (October), No. 11 (November), No. 12 (December)

02. Submission, Review, and Issue Allocation

The journal receives submissions through its online editorial management system. Manuscripts undergo initial screening, independent peer review, editorial decision-making, and copyediting and production before publication. The monthly publication schedule does not shorten or replace any required scholarly assessment.

Accepted manuscripts are scheduled according to editorial readiness, production capacity, disciplinary balance, and issue availability. Manuscripts that need further revision or review may be carried forward to a later issue. Acceptance does not guarantee immediate publication.

03. Publication Dates and Metadata Accuracy

The journal records submission, revision, acceptance, and publication dates according to the actual events in its editorial workflow. Articles must not be backdated or assigned fabricated acceptance or publication dates to match an issue schedule.

Each published article must have consistent bibliographic information across the journal website, article files, metadata records, and DOI registration where applicable. Corrections to published information are handled transparently under the journal’s post-publication policies.

04. Issue Completeness and Scholarly Quality

Every issue is compiled from manuscripts that have completed the required editorial and production stages. The journal prioritizes original research articles while also considering rigorous scholarly review articles within its stated Focus and Scope. Article selection is based on academic quality and editorial criteria rather than the need to fill an issue quota.

The editorial office monitors article-type composition and publication regularity in line with the applicable national journal accreditation guidance. Manuscripts are not accepted solely to preserve publication frequency.

05. Changes, Delays, and Transparency

If editorial, technical, or integrity-related circumstances affect an issue schedule, the journal may adjust its publication arrangements and provide an appropriate notice through its official website when necessary. Such changes must not be concealed through misleading issue dates or altered editorial histories.

The journal may publish corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions after publication when warranted. These actions do not change the original historical record of the editorial and publishing process.

06. Relationship to Other Journal Policies

This policy should be read together with the journal’s Peer Review Process, Focus and Scope, and Corrections, Retractions and Expressions of Concern Policy. The journal’s editorial team is responsible for applying the publication schedule consistently and maintaining authentic supporting records.

Publication Integrity Comes First

Monthly publication is a scheduling commitment, not a promise of rapid acceptance. All published manuscripts must satisfy the journal’s editorial, peer review, and ethical standards.
